• Workmanship for 90 days, in writing. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did the job, we fix it at no charge, no questions asked.
• Parts we recommend and install. We only put in parts we’d put on our own doors, and if a part we supplied fails within the 90-day window, we replace it and stand behind the labor.
• Honest pricing that stays put. The price Otto quotes on the phone is the price on the invoice, period. It does not change between the phone and the driveway.
• Clean job site before we leave. Old springs, worn rollers, packaging, grease smudges: it leaves with us, not with your garage floor.
